3.	Within the CP click on the ‘View/Change Items for Sale’ button. This will take you to the page where you can edit the details of your item(s) for sale.
4.	On this page there is an Orange coloured link called ‘Change Picture’. Click this link to take you to the ‘Add/Change Picture Page’.
5.	On this page use the ‘Browse’ button to find your picture on your PC.
6.	Finally, click on the ‘Upload’ button to upload your picture.

1.	Yes. Log into the site using your email and password and navigate to your control panel.
2.	Within the control panel click on the 'View Offers I have made' button.
3.	You should now see a list of the offers you have made on the item(s) for sale. On the right hand side of each offer is a 'Withdraw' link. Use this link to withdraw the relative offer.
4.	Note* If you have not made any offers on anything, you will not be able to access the 'View Offers I have made' page.

1.	Login by clicking the login button situated near the top of any page using your email address and password.
2.	Once you are logged in you will be redirected to your CP (control panel). Within the control panel page click on the 'Advertise an item for Sale' button.
3.	On the Advertise an item for Sale page select a category from the dropdown list. Fill in the item name you intend to advertise and the rest of the details in the remaining boxes: 'Item Name', 'Description or comments' and 'Asking Price'
4.	Click the 'Submit Ad' button.
5.	The 'Submit Ad' button will take you to a feedback page acknowledging your ad submission - from this page click on the continue button.
6.	You should now be viewing the 'Add/Change Picture' page. This is optional and allows you to add a picture to support your ad.
7.	If you wish to add a picture, click on the 'Browse' button and retrieve you picture from your computer. Remember your picture size cannot be more than 1.5 Meg. Once you have selected your picture, click on the 'Upload' button.
8.	You be redirected to a feedback page acknowledging your picture submission - from this page click on the continue button.

2.	Locate the item you want to make an offer on. This can be done using the search function within the items' category or if you are not sure which category use the search function within the 'Browse' page. The 'Browse' button it located at the top of every page.
3.	You will now be on the 'Make an Offer' page. Enter your offer amount then click on the 'Make an Offer' button situated below the input box.
4.	An email will then be automatically generated and sent to the seller informing them of the offer details. You may contact the seller directly by using the 'Message Centre' if you so wish.

1.	From any of the pages click on the ' Register' link/button situated near the bottom left hand side of the page to register with BuyItInWales com. Alternatively click on the Register Free link situated at the top of any page.
2.	Within the registration page fill in your correspondence details. The input boxes marked with a star (*) are compulsory inputs. If you omit to fill in the compulsory inputs your registration will fail.
3.	Please ensure the email address you submit is valid as you will need this to obtain a buyitinwales password to enable you to continue to use BuyItInWales.com.
4.	Read the terms and conditions - this link can be found at the bottom of the registration page. You must accept the terms and conditions to register If when you register and continue to use BuyItInWales.com you fail to comply with the terms and conditions, BuyItInWales.com will deal with such matters accordingly, such as removing inappropriate items for sale or offensive messages within the massage centre.
5.	Once you have filled in the necessary information click the Submit button. An email will then be sent to you (usually within 2 minutes) with your password - you will need this password to log in. If after submitting your details to register with BuyItInWales.com you do not receive your password within an hour, please send an email to donotreply@buyitinwales.com and request your password.
5.	Once you receive your password you have the option to change it if you so wish.

No. You must register with BuyItInWales.com first. This is to reduce the chance of the public misusing this online system by contacting you anonymously.

2.	You should now be directed to your control panel. If you know the name of the member you are trying to contact…. From the control panel click on the ‘Members’ button.
3.	Note if you do not have anything for sale, you will not be able to access this page. Within your list of items there is a button titled 'DELETE THIS AD'.
4.	Click this to remove your ad.

4.	You should now be on the page that will allow you to change your location details. Select the nearest town to your location and a valid post code. The first part of the postcode only.
5.	Click on the ‘Save button’ to complete the location update.

2.	Once you have successfully logged in you will be directed to the CP (control panel) Within the CP you will see the button titled ‘Change Password’ Click this button to navigate you to the Change Password page.
3.	Within the Change password page, key in your old password followed by New Password then confirm new password.
4.	Finally click on the ‘Save’ button to complete the process.

At the moment our members are allowed to advertise up to 30 items at any one time. This amount may increase or decrease depending on user demand. However if we should decrease the items allowed, this will not affect the items you currently have for sale.

No you are NOT obliged to sell. This is a simple classified advertising service and either party can pull out of a deal at any point in time.

1.	Once you have accepted an offer (by clicking on the Accept offer link), the buyer will be informed via an automatically generated email.
2.	The email will contain the necessary information about the deal and it is up to either of you to get in touch to proceed further.

1.	We do not encourage this. We monitor the ads’ content every day and will automatically remove them, without notification, if we feel are not suitable.
2.	If you wish to advertise your business, why not use www.finditinwales.com. This is a completely free-of-charge business advertising service.

2.	You should now be within the Forgot Password page. Key in your registered email address then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
3.	An email will be automatically generated and sent to you containing your login details. The email may take a few minutes to arrive.

4.	You should now be on ‘Offers Made’ page. Within this page there will be a list of offers you have made on item(s) for sale.

2.	After successfully logging in you will be directed to the CP (Control Panel).
3.	Within the CP page click on the ‘Change User Name’ button.
4.	You should now be on the page that will allow you to change your user name.
5.	Enter your new user name in the box provided.
6.	Click on the ‘Save button’ to complete the update.

3.	Within the CP page click on the ‘Change My Email Address’ button.
4.	You should now be on the page that will allow you to change your email address.
5.	Enter your new email address and confirm your new email address in the boxes provided.
6.	Click on the ‘Save button’ to complete the update.
Note	Once you have changed your email address on our system, a new password will be generated automatically and sent to your new email address. You will need this password to log back into the site.

As long as you log into the system at least once every 6 months your ad will remain on the system. If you have not logged into the system for more than 6 months we may remove them.

	Yes. If your item is already listed then it is possible to renew the listed date so that your ad appears to be new again.
1.	Log in using your registered email address and password.
2.	Within the CP (control panel) click on the ‘View/Change Items for sale’ button.
3.	You should now be on the ‘My Items For Sale’ page and your item(s) should be listed. Within the details of you ad, there is an orange coloured link called ‘Change Details’, click on this link to navigate to the ‘Edit my ad’ page.
4.	Half way down this page is a button titled ‘Reset Listing Date’ Click on this button to update and set the listing date to the current date.

	The Watch List allows you to keep track of the items and users that are of interest to you. This is a convenient function that allows you to keep track of the users you wish to communicate with.
	To add an item of interest to your watch list simply follow these steps.
1.	Log into your account using your username and password.
2.	Search and open the page of the item of interest to you.
3.	Within this page click on the ‘Add to My Watch List’ button.
4.	The reference to this item such as Item Name and User name will be saved to your Watch list.
5.	To access your watch list simply click on the ‘My Watch List’ link situated at the top right of every page.
